My favorite, this one:

Don't get it? Click *here*. Hmm..mayhaps that explaination might be too confusing. Well the Heisenberg Uncertainly Principle pretty much means that it is impossible to accurately predict an electron's exact speed at a certain position in space. Either one or the other, but not both. Get the epitaph now?? Eh eh eh?!?! Well I thought it was hilarious (from a chem geek point of view..)

Another one:

-Ludolph van Ceulen, he was so proud of his achievement, computing π (pi)
to 35 digits, that he ordered it to be inscribed on his tombstone.

Ingenious I say!
