Not a very good last night

Aside from the "siu yea" with Brian..which was the only good aspect about last night..I managed to get a flat tire on the way to Darren's house after dropping Brian off.

Great.

Apparently, I ran over a huge pothole (I suppose it's big..Alex said it was about 10 inches deep when he went back to get my hubcap)....to which the car flew up and down....then it dented the inner metal casing of my tire....and my hubcap flew off...and alas...air came spewing out.

Thank goodness I was close to Darren's....thank goodness of my spare tire...and thank goodness for car jacks.

Anyways, tis not a very good last night. I also have a huge, orange-sized, bruise on my leg which I think I got from hitting my steering wheel when my car flew. Not another good addition.

But at least I know that I am not the only one. When Alex and Kien went back to retrieve my hubcap....apparently there were a couple of other ones there too. So I'm not the only person to have a flat tire from that pothole..har har....misery sure does love company.

Oh and yes....I start school tomorrow too. Boy oh boy...doesn't this all fall beautifully into play?

What a horrible way to start the week. I hope there is no more surprises in store for me. I am really not in the mood.

And to Brian..I hope you have a safe trip back to Hong Kong. Have fun there, and don't forget about us!!!!!

PS: Thanks to all my buddy pals that left comments and made me feel better about my "bleak future" w/ a Chem degree. I apprechiate it all and feel a little bit better now. More on that later. I need to dwell on my car and how to fix it =(
